Quick Start Guide

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for quickly installing and configuring Nudge AI.

Step 1: Install Nudge AI

1. Search for Nudge AI in the Shopify App Store
2. Click the "Add app" button
3. Approve the app installation permissions
4. Select a plan that fits your business size (starts with a 14-day free trial)

Step 2: Activate Essential Settings

Legacy Customer Accounts Activation

1. Go to Shopify admin > Settings > Customer accounts
2. Check the "Use legacy accounts" option
3. Save changes

App Embed Activation

1. Nudge AI dashboard > Click "Enable app embed" button
2. Or go to Shopify admin > Online Store > Themes > Customize > App embeds and activate Nudge AI

Step 3: Verify Setup

1. In the Nudge AI dashboard, verify that all three features are activated:
2. Google Smart Sign in System (One Tap)
3. NudgeAI Sign up & in Page
4. NudgeAI Subscriber Pop-up
5. Check your store's sign-up/login page to ensure the Google One Tap interface is displayed

Step 4: Next Steps & Utilization

Basic setup is complete! Now you can leverage Nudge AI further:

• Connect Email Marketing Platforms: Utilize the emails collected by Nudge AI by connecting with major email marketing platforms.
• Analyze Performance: Check your email acquisition performance through the Nudge AI Dashboard.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues during installation or setup, check the following: 1. Clear theme cache: Shopify admin > Online Store > Themes > Actions > Clear cache 2. Clear browser cache and cookies 3. Check for conflicts with other apps
