Data Ownership

As the store owner, you retain full ownership of all customer data collected through Nudge AI.

• Your Data: All High-value email data collected is entirely your asset and is stored directly within your Shopify customer database.
• Nudge AI's Role: Nudge AI does not use your collected data for any purpose other than providing the service as described.
• Access After Cancellation: Even if you cancel your Nudge AI subscription, you maintain full access to all previously collected email data within your Shopify admin.
